The first night I received this item, we put it in the crate of our 5-year-old pit bull. When we came to let him out the next morning, he had completely shredded the fabric on both sides of the mat and pulled out all the stuffing.
Not a product I would recommend for any dog that likes to chew, despite the name "Crypton Super Fabrics"

This is a terrible "mat" - there is almost no stuffing whatsoever. The fabric seems to be of high quality, but it's nothing more than a liner; the picture and description make it look/sound like it's 1"-2" thick, but in reality it's less than 1/4". Very, very disappointed. Went to Costco and got two very nice beds for the same price, and threw this in the car as a seat cover.
