My 8-month-old standard poodle puppy loves this toy. He has carried it around and played with it for nearly 3-weeks. The second day we had it, he did chew up one of the mice so I figured that would be the end of the toy. But, I threw that one away and cut the elastic off of the other two mice and he has continued to play with it with no more mishaps. I would definitely buy another one.

I bought this hat as an interactive toy for my very intelligent dog. She gets bored easily with toys and has to have things that stimulate some thinking for her.. I thought this would not be too hard and be rather fun for her. She was not able to get the rabbit out no matter how hard she tried. If I took out the bunnies, and left them dangling she ran all over the house with the whole hat. But, so far she is unable to get the bunnies out on her own and finds the whole toy frustrating. This may change as she gets older. She does like to try and rip the bunnies free of the hat and it is made very well and they do not even begin to come apart.

my 2 cents (San Clemente, CA United States) reveals:
I ordered the 2 of the 22" for my two loved ones. They arrived in a vacuum sealed bag (like a Food Saver or Space Maker Bag) so yes, they arrived "squished". But as anyone knows who uses vacuum sealing, all you have to do is give it a good shake! We played a little Frisbee with the interior pad and tossed the bed back and forth and really gave it a few good shakes before I plopped it on the floor. The rest of this review is based on how my pups rated it! My little Rat Terrier/Chihuahua (she's about 13 lbs.)IMMEDIATELY jumped in and began digging, nipping and spinning to make her "nest". She gives it 5 Stars! I could have gotten her the 18" and she still would have had a bit of space. She loves this bed and looks so sweet in it! My handsome Spaniel/Chihuahua mix (approx 16 lbs) loves it just as much! He too rates it with 5 Stars! He jumped right in and if he isn't playing he's lying in it! It looks so cozy I wish they made one big enough for the three of us! I was initially confused by the "giraffe fur lining" description but as soon as I fluffed it up I understood! The interior is a very light caramel and white giraffe print. You can't really see it on the photos online but it really is darling. The exterior is a deep chocolate canvas. I was a little concerned about the pad not being "super fluffy" but my dogs don't seem to care are at all and since they are the ones sleeping in it it's their call! They love this bed so why would I return something they love enough to spend their free time in just because I want it more fluffy?! Because for one brief moment before my "Rat/Cha" jumped in I thought about it...glad I listened to them! This is a wonderful little bed that matches any interior because of its neutral coloring. And THAT is my "2cents"!

I've had this bed for over one year now. It has maintained it's shape and the dog still loves it. Very easy to pick up and cart about - it's light and portable. The downside is that the fluff from the bed goes all over the place; it sheds really badly. The shedding from the bed is so bad that I can really only use one side of the mattress pad/bottom cushion. The bottom cushion is reversible - fabric on one side and fluff on the other - but because the bed sheds so much both sides end up looking fluffy. The bed is ok, but I would look for a sale and not pay too much for it.

My 7.5 pound Chihuahua mix adores this bed. Settled right in and is cuddling away. Was shipped just fine for me, and I haven't washed it yet so I'm not sure about the shedding problem, but so far so good! If it washes up well, I'll be ordering another for the car.
One thing to note - 18" is the outside diameter. Inside diameter is closer to 15". Most beds give an inside and outside measurement to consider, since this one only gave one measurement I just assumed it was outside diameter so I wasn't upset or disappointed by the size in the lease.
